Me Lyle and Lolo have just finished our conversation in Te Reo maori. If you don't know what we said we were greeting each other and how we feel.
I was a Year 6 student at Hay Park School in Auckland, NZ. I was in McCahon Class and my teacher was Mrs Kingston. This was where I shared my learning.
Our class had a blog and you can visit it by clicking here.

My Remember when poem
That Was Camp.
Remember when I couldn’t ride the big waves then I never gave up and kept trying?
Remember when I was doing slingshot and I hit the edge of the big bucket?
That was camp.
Remember when we were doing archery and Sinead got a bulls eye like straight through the middle?
Remember when we were having dinner and everyone was trying to sneak seconds?
That was camp.
Remember when we were building our raft and as we almost about reached the water it fell apart?
Remember when the boys were in their dorm and Mrs Kingston had to walk around till 11 o'clock because we were still awake till midnight?
Do you remember?
That was camp.
